Hi ChoxChe-ers. Today we are going to make a quick, simple, and healthy dish that all Chinese often make back at home, that is the garlic broccoli and mushroom stir-fry. Let's get started!
Ingredients:
1. Dry shitake mushrooms
2. Broccoli
3. Chopped garlic
4. Sugar (a pinch)
5. Salt (a pinch)
6. Sesame oil (one tablespoon)
7. Water (half a cup)
Instructions:
1. Soak the dried shitake mushrooms in tap water for at least one hour to soften them up. Afterwards, throw away the water and cut the mushrooms into thin slices.

2. Chop the broccoli into florets and immerse them in tap water for one hour. This will sink all the dirt and sometimes even the hidden worms! Once done soaking, rinse the florets with water and pat down dry with towel.

3. Sautee the chopped garlic in one tablespoon of sesame oil until aromatic.

4. Add in the sliced mushrooms.

5. Add half a cup of water.

6. Add a pinch of salt.

7. Add a pinch of sugar.

8. Drop in the broccoli florets.

9. Cover with lid under medium heat for 5 minutes.

10. TARAAA! Your simple dish is ready!

**ENJOY!**
